At YOLO NAILS SHOP we respect each individual's right to personal privacy. We collect and use information through our site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.
We collect no personal information about primary visitors unless they subscribe to our newsletter. We do collect e-mail addresses and other voluntarily divulged information from customers,  forum users and donors. We do not release this information to anyone, keep it in password-protected databases and use it only to send updates on the latest products, classes and specials..
We collect general, non-personal data via Google Analytics, eXtreme Tracker, Project Wonderful and other sources about visitor numbers, pageviews, referring sites, IP locations, and bounce rates to track our progress, sell advertising more effectively and better understand our audience. The information we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
We employ cookies only on our forums. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Our cookies collect IP addresses we can use to identify and, if necessary, ban forum members. Please be advised that information posted on forums becomes public knowledge.

We ship orders Monday – Friday in the order they are received.
*orders placed after 12pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
*Free Shipping is available to all orders over $200 in the USA when selected during checkout. (*Hawaii not included).

We do our best to keep our inventory well stocked, however most of our products are imported from Russia and due to customs/shipping delays some fast-selling products may occasionally be on backorder (unfortunately our website stock status does not sync to our in-store sales)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that you may have changed your mind or wish to exchange a product.  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on any unused unopened items. Unfortunately due to health reasons we cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened.  Please contact via email at info@yolobz.shop prior to returning your goods.
Upon receipt of the returned items and review of their condition we will issue a full refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Please note that all shipping expenses for returns are your responsibility.  
We recommend using a service that provides insurance and full tracking on your return to ensure it arrive safely.
